BYU Advertising Application

This is my BYU Advertising application. It was compiled with almost 3000 images to create a 60 second video.

I shot the video with still frames on my Canon 5d Mark II.

Please tell me what you think... Thanks

Great job Brandon. I thought it was very artistic and unique. I also watched several of the other videos and yours was miles ahead in terms of quality and delivery.

Brandon, that was awesome.

I know that video took an incredible amount of time, but in the end, I think it was well worth it. Very creative.

I've been catching up on my blog reading (it's been awhile and there's been soooo much to read, but not as long as that video took!), so I haven't checked out any of the other videos, but I'm sure yours was very orginal. I was pleasantly surprised to see you posted this today . . . I was afraid I was posting on something 2 months old!

Anyway, be proud of the end result of your hard work.

BTW, what is an "BYU advertising application", anyway?

Hey Brandon-Great video! One of my best friends was in the creative track for advertising and I think you're a definite shoe-in with that video! Good luck!

Loved it! Especially loved the message from Missionary to Fatherhood with just one picture.

Well done. The quality was there as well as your own artistic spin.

Wow, Brandon, your video was so very well done. You truly have a talent and a knack for this (which I already know because I've seen photos you've taken of your Dad, etc.) but wow...
The audio comments combined with your photographs and other mediums was quite powerful. I think you did a terrific job! :)

Sincerely,
Becky Warren (a fan of your Dad's and your whole family)

Amazing. And your right...one photo--even 60 seconds (in real time!) can't tell you the story of a man. Great job.
